Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make things right.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

When will I get my order?

In-stock playmats typically ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends, holidays, and announced vacation or store closure periods.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Custom-made and personalized orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before production begins.

What are your playmats made of?

Designed to combine vibrant artwork, comfort, and durability.

Each playmat features a smooth fabric (micro velvet, foiled or polyester) laying surface for comfortable card handling and a non-slip rubber base to help keep your mat securely in place during gameplay.

Whether you're playing competitively, casually, or displaying your favorite artwork, our playmats are made to enhance your gaming experience.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
